🥣 Ingredients (Serves 2.5)

2 chicken breasts

1/2 jar of pesto

100g green beans

100g mushrooms

100g broccoli

120g dry fusili pasta

30g cheddar cheese

20g parmesan

🍳 Method

Cook fusilli pasta according to the pack instructions.

While that’s cooking, dice and cook the chicken until golden.

Add chopped green beans, mushrooms, and broccoli to the pan and cook until tender.

Mix in the pesto and the cooked pasta, then stir well.

Serve with a sprinkle of cheddar and parmesan on top.
