Shipping policy

All orders of 'Starter products' with the bottle and pouch, will be sent by Royal Mail Next Day delivery.  Costs are included in the pricing set on the website (unless specifically stated otherwise).

Refills will be sent 2nd class by Royal Mail, again prices on the website include this.  This postal service will also be used when on subscription.

We only ship to mainland UK.

Please notify us immediately if any items received are damaged, broken or if you haven't received your item.
