Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 2 scoops organic protein powder (cacao & maca flavour)

  • 1 scoop plain flour

  • ~150ml milk (adjust for consistency)

  • Handful of blueberries

  • Small squares of ceremonial cacao (or dark chocolate)

  • Low fat Greek yoghurt, to serve

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the protein powder, flour and milk to form a thick batter.

  2. Divide between 4 ramekins.

  3. Add a few blueberries and a square of ceremonial cacao to the centre of each.

  4. Air fry at 180°C for around 10 minutes until risen and slightly gooey in the middle.

  5. Serve warm with a spoonful of Greek yoghurt.
