Thrive Circle Brings a Refreshing Approach to Women’s Networking in Cross Hills

A new kind of networking event is quietly building momentum in Cross Hills, and it’s changing how local women feel about business networking.

Thrive Circle, founded by Rachel Beck of Vigor Vitamins alongside Sarah Collett of SBC Studio, takes place on the last Thursday of every month from 9.30am–11.30am at Ultimate Office Interiors, in their beautifully designed community space, The Hive.

While many networking events focus on rapid introductions and sales-led conversations, Thrive Circle was created with a different intention: to offer a genuinely supportive space where women in business can connect without pressure.

Designed for Women Who Don’t “Do” Networking

The idea for Thrive Circle came from a shared recognition that many women, particularly those running small businesses, can find traditional networking environments intimidating or transactional.

Rather than structured speed networking or hard pitches, Thrive Circle centres around meaningful conversation, education and collaboration. Attendees are welcomed into a relaxed setting where conversation flows naturally and connections develop authentically.

The atmosphere is warm, friendly and inclusive, designed especially for women who might not usually attend networking events.

Education That Supports the Whole Woman

Each monthly session features a guest speaker covering topics that support both professional development and personal wellbeing. Previous speakers have explored:

  • Hypnotherapy for confidence and clarity
  • Menopause awareness in business
  • Branding and visual identity
  • Small business photography
  • Crafting an authentic elevator pitch
  • Stress management
  • Money mindset and financial confidence

The range of topics reflects the reality that business growth and personal wellbeing are closely connected.

Rachel, who also leads Vigor Vitamins, brings a natural wellbeing perspective to the event. Her work supporting women’s health aligns with Thrive Circle’s wider message: sustainable business success is built on confidence, resilience and feeling well enough to show up consistently.

While Thrive Circle is not a promotional event for Vigor, the ethos of nurturing women’s energy and confidence is quietly woven into its foundations.

Collaboration Over Competition

Held in The Hive at Ultimate Office Interiors, a calm, thoughtfully designed space, the event provides a welcoming backdrop for open conversation and genuine support.

What sets Thrive Circle apart is its emphasis on collaboration rather than competition. Attendees are encouraged to share experiences, ask questions and celebrate wins together, creating a sense of community that extends beyond the two-hour session.

Since launching, the event has steadily grown through word of mouth, with many women describing it as a refreshing alternative to traditional networking.

For local women in business who may have previously felt that networking “wasn’t for them,” Thrive Circle offers an accessible and encouraging starting point.

The next event will take place on Thursday 26th March 2026 from 9.30am–11.30am at The Hive, Cross Hills.
