Meet Beth, co owner of The Dream Salon in Skipton, where she and her best friend Adam have created the cosiest little space for women to unwind, feel welcomed, and leave looking and feeling incredible. With 17 years of experience as a beauty therapist and over 8 of those spent building a thriving client base in Skipton, Beth has become known not just for her treatments, but for the genuine friendships she has built along the way.
She now specialises in advanced body contouring, including skin tightening, fat reduction, and lymphatic drainage massage. One of her most popular treatments is radio frequency skin tightening, which works beautifully alongside collagen supplementation to support firmer, smoother, more radiant skin. Beth also offers lash lifts, classic and Russian lash extensions, plus a full range of brow treatments.

In 2023, she opened The Yard, a welcoming community gym built around connection, support, and long-term wellbeing.
Nikki takes a holistic approach to health, believing it’s not just about training hard but also about eating well, staying consistent, and building real human connection. At The Yard, she offers 1 to 1 personal training, open-gym memberships, and a varied class timetable focused heavily on strength training, which she believes is key to longevity.
